Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIHBT) has procured training equipment such as Simulator Road Construction Plant, Motor Grader and Wheel Loader which are to be used for practical training and increase enrolment of students in highway related courses.
The equipment’s were flagged off by the Director KIHBT, the management and the EASTRIP Regional Coordinator. The institute anticipates doubling the intake due to the increased capacity.
