KIHBT Gender Committee develops action plan and strategy to increase female enrolment

Since commissioning of the Gender committee, the team has been able to develop a Gender Action Plan and conducted a gender survey in all campuses. A workshop was held from 21st March to 25th March 2022 at the Stem Hotel Nakuru and the major objectives of the workshop were as follows. 

  • Development of Female enrolment campaign strategy 
  • Preparation of female student scholarships 
  • Preparation of KIHBT Gender Policy 
  • Environmental and Social Safeguards
