KIHBT signed a cooperation agreement with the County government of Taita Taveta and recently hosted a delegation from the county to develop a cooperation program on the modalities of implementing the Cooperation Agreement. The areas of discussion were:

  • Collaboration to jointly facilitate a programme(s) that will provide mutual benefits, with the aim of guaranteeing acquisition of adequate skills competencies for the trainees as required by the market.
  • The County Government rolls out diverse infrastructure projects especially in the road development sector annually.
  • KIHBT to maintain a continuous presence within the County and have training activities conducted within the Vocational Training Centers managed by the County Government
