One of the key objectives of the EASTRIP is to strengthen Regional Flagship TVET Institutes (RFTIs) through upgrading key training facilities and equipment. Kenya Coast National Polytechnic College (KCNP), supported by the EASTRIP received the 5th consignment of equipment for the Marine School. These included simulators, firefighting equipment, training boat, lifeboat, among other equipment.
