The event, themed: “Transforming the Future with the Power of Skills,” aimed to cultivate a passion for skills, inspire innovation, and empower Kenyan youth for a brighter and more prosperous future. KIHBT showcased its expertise in two categories: Wall & Floor Tiling and Brick Laying. In both categories, the institute managed to win silver medals, demonstrating the institute’s commitment to quality TVET training.

The KIHBT team will now have the opportunity to represent Kenya in the World Skills competition, which will be held in Lyon, France in September 2024. This international platform will further showcase Kenya’s talent and expertise in various vocational skills.
