A well-designed website is essential for reaching a larger audience and generating more leads or customers and also can help form a good impression on prospective customers. In recent years there has been a shift toward online interactions with social media sites, mobile devices and apps topping the charts. As a result, the way people access the web to shop, chat and find information has also changed dramatically.
It is against this background that Holeta Polytechnic College, with support from EASTRI, developed a website for the college: The Official website page of Holeta polytechnic college is: https://hpc.edu.et
On another note held a monthly meeting with consultant currently developing Regional Flagship TVET Institute in Agro-Processing. The Objective of the meeting is for evaluating the ongoing project activity based on the schedule and discuss the bottle neck of the construction activity and put the way forward.
The Mr.Getachew Chibsa Dean of the College welcomed all participants and thanked them for coming on time for meeting. The key agenda of the meeting were: Scheduling tri-party meetings on regular bases and who participate on the meeting, scheduling monthly report submission date by the contractor to the consultant, likewise the consultant to the client, Preparation and submission of detailed master schedule by the contractor, Progress of the project and looking for the solution for the delay, Safety, Obstruction already been observed on site (tele tower).
